Those are the best pass rushing OLBs in the game currently, it takes a drop off after any of these players.

LT is the best pure rusher. 
Robinson and Banks are best all around. I’ve used both in 335 odd to rush, user sometime, and drop in coverage. 

A sleeper not on the list is Parsons. The guy just makes plays.
