So I currently have the flash and his on start x factor has been game changing for me so I was wondering what are the other best on start x factor players.

Calvin Johnson with double me starting on, Patrick Willis with avalanche starting on, there's also the 96 aka new class players like cheetah and quadfather who's x Factor is how it would normally turn off instead of a set amount of plays, but definitely Gronk with vamguard, ttr HBS with freight train, avalanche is really good so any DBS with that, and if I'm mistaken I think Calvin Johnson fs universal coverage starts on with the special x Factor

On offense, Gus the Bus has a similar XFactor as Flash (although Flash's works when he receives passes too). There are some good TEs that get "charged" Vanguard which makes them pancake defenders... I use Kittle and Gentry for this.
On defense, Furious George and Maniac get "Unstoppable Force" which makes them more effective as pass rushers.
