I believe star elite gives you a 90+ ovr which is the highest of any of the options. So I try to pick that one.

I almost always take Pro Max Fantasy pack, so at least we have some choice over which cards, usually returns an 89-90 OVR.

Although I heard someone say these were "nerfed" at some point, I'm just not aware of what the community means is this were true.
