jaguars west coast works eell for me or saints
So, there are a bunch of different playbooks that are very good for passing but it depends what you like, 1. saints probably has one of the best combos with bunch, tight offset te, stack y flex, good redzone scheme. 2. colts with bunch offset, tight slots hb wk, decent redzone scheme. raiders/patriots have very good trips with u trips and trips te. ravens have a very fun pb with all the qb runs and pa passes you can run. Rams/ vikings have a very good sb bunch x nasty that zan over at gridiriongameplans.gg teaches. you can run pass balanced if you know what spread/ air raid concepts are thats what it would be like, basically running stuff youll see on tv watching ncaa. let me know if youd like more recommendations, i could go on and on but dont want to type all of that out rn lol
I can't believe anybody hasn't mentioned the best playbook by far in the Bucs. The combo of Tight Doubles, Trey (basically Trips TE without a good PA play), Tight, Bunch open offset, Box (basically Bunch with 4 WR's), Stack Y-flex, and the most underrated empty formation: Empty Bunch Wide. It also has a few good singleback forms for the runners.

I was thinking ab switching to bucs does it have read option in it?

Besides Singleback runs there are really only like inside zones and pulling guard runs, and no read options or RPOs where you can keep it with the QB
Take a look at the Run and Gun PB...the Madden NFC PB is great...but...not likely to be an option next year.
NFC Playbook is a beast. Little bit of everything in there honestly! Singleback, pistol, shotgun, Some RPO and option plays as well!
I've been running Saints for five years now... I've tried others and always go back. In any game, I routinely use 10-12 different formations and because I know the PB in and out, it's easy to set up the personnel and custom audibles for each without feeling rushed. I ABSOLUTELY HATE LEARNING A NEW PLAYBOOK!
Unfortunately, I hear that they've nerfed Saints for M24 (I have not played the Beta)... so it looks like I'll need to find something new. Probably Broncos will be most similar to what I'm used to. Not too far away!

You can get it off the auction house. Somebody probably has it up.
Detroit for a pass heavy player imo
