Depends what you want to do. Rush, passing deep/west cost/etc. 

D do you want zone? Man? Blitz? Nickel?

My pick on O is run n gun... tbh honest idk what the meta is, but i have been running the same offense since madden 21, Singleback ace. I am a run first kinda guy cuz i struggle making reads.

On D i use the KC playbook, again, i run the same D since M21, BNOG. I havent looked at the 46 playbook, tho i think i should try it out cuz i like stacking the box.

I was running Raiders offense the past few years and prior to that is was Pats.  Decide  to try out some different ones, 9ers, Titans, Browns, Lions, saints, Pat's.  Settled on Pat's for now.  Everyone loves KC for defense because of the meta but the Dolphins have a multitude of formations to fit whatever personnel you have.

The Bucs offense has a bunch of unique plays out of SIngleback formations ...it can be frustrating if you run the right scheme

The Dolphins Defense is my weapon of choice I run Dime and 3-4 over.
