Of the cards that I've played with I really 94 Moss and Hayward Bey.

Cards I haven't use but look really good are Deion, OBJ, Sweat, and Hill

Im running a Raiders TT so I’ve really only used Raiders WRs but 94 Moss and 93 Heyward-Bey forsure.

Montez Sweat, Randy Moss, Deion Sanders, Tyreek Hill, Darrius Heyward-Bey are the best of the best rn at WR. TMR we'll be getting a new George Pickens and Amari Cooper that should be very good options.

I run Deion Sanders and Hayward-Bey and they are both great I’m sure Moss is too same speed and similar ACC and AGI Sanders though is without a doubt the best particularly when you factor in his ability on returns he the best madden returner I’ve ever used.
