Best Safety In The Game? (Weekly Positional Poll Season 1 - #2)

Derwin is a stud. Has all the general attributes you want (speed, height, jump), great coverage, great run stopping, great catching, and is an excellent candidate for pick artist.

In different formations I have him in the box, playing nickel, and playing deep safety.  Not only is he extremely versatile, but he is among the best at every aspect. Dude can handle everything.

If they hadn't rereleased him (which I'm surprised I didn't hear more about cause it was f'd up on EA's part) he might very well be the most expensive card right now, and deservedly. ATM I'd say Derwin and Dave Robinson are tied for best defensive cards.

Gotta go berry hes an amazing user and even makes plays when u dont user him and him being free makes him #1 for me

I've put max tokens into Berry, with the remainder going to Kevin Mawae (C) for O-line, just enough to grant 49ers team chems.  I moved the Season 2 Center (Kelce) to LG for the time being.  All other Team Captains are minimum, merely running for team chems / boosts.

I cannot for the life of me decide upon which Safeties i prefer to run.  Lately i've been sliding Richard Sherman up to FS, as he's got Pick Artist, while keeping Eric Berry at SS.  Sean Taylor is my primary USER, but i have the following 86 OVR options; Hufanga SS (+1 SPD 49ers team chems), Polamalu and Krause and not sure which i prefer for secondary USER, today i'm using 87 OVR Malik Hooker (FS) Most Feared, despite the fact that using Cowboys is basically against my religion.  YMMV.

i mean his archetype is zone lol. and its like 87 so i def could see him being a zone demon lol

Nobody likes small players but Budda is all over the field for me, he comes out of nowhere to make full speed running int’s.  I think small players have an easier time navigating through on field traffic.  Budda‘s my guy

Cannot wait for Pola-Mao. His cards played great last year and I doubt this card will disappoint.
