So for me personally I run to SS on defence. I’m stuck choosing only 2. I have narrowed it down to the following 4. Any help is highly appreciated.

- 97 Kerby Joseph
- 97 H. Smith HitMan
- 97 Rodney Harrison

Yeah I’ve heard amazing things about Cromwel and Joseph is the only 97 speed SS so it caught my eye. I’m currently running Harrison and Hitman and was wondering if it’s worth the upgrade.

I actually run all four. They are all top tier, but I think they play best at specific positions for a few different reasons.
Kerby is the only safety in the entire game to get Pick Artist/Deep Out Zone/Mid Zone for 2 AP, so he’s a must up top. Also crazy speed and solid height.
Rodney is a very similar card to Kerby, but he gets Pick Artist/Deep Out Zone/Flat Zone for 2 AP. I run him up top with Kerby.
Cromwell has actually been insane for me at corner with super high press and solid height. He’s been as good in coverage as any other corner I’ve played with, and he’s amazing in the run game.
Hitman is so good in the box with his X-Factor if you’re good at shooting gaps. He can make huge plays in the run game and on throws over the middle. Turnovers can win you games, and he’s the best player in the game at forcing fumbles.

I'm just still using Harrison at deep SS and the free MCS woolen deep at FS. Both play great for me with deep out KO and pick artist.

I’ve got Cromwell up top and Harrison with tackle supreme in the box with my user (the god, rod Martin)
I run pretty much exclusively zone.

hitman is my vote, I got him on a tt though so that makes him even better. Kerby played well for me at FS, but Mills just plays amazing there, don’t know why.
I run all zone match so having 2 good safeties is super important in my scheme.

Rodney Harrison and Kyle Dugger! I play both at Sub LB with 2 AP on each. Lumberjack, goal line stuff, and mid zone KO on Dugger and Tackle surpreme, pick artist, and deep route KO on Harrison. Great versatility to defend the run or pass

The best players will just hit open reads and aren’t going to throw into any kind of coverage.
That‘s why I‘ll use Smith for the rest of the year. His xfactor wins me games against good players.
