Ok so I'm wondering if anyone has ever had a productive and fair experience with EA Help and if so, please share the who and how. I've been in contact with them MANY, MANY times over the years and have never gotten results no matter what proof I sent or how/who I contacted. I'm at my last wit with this company and their joke of a so called customer service. Before I get any slack about complaining please notice that I'm not bitching about the game, I'm asking how to get actual help from EA Help cause we ALL know the kind of games they produce and their history of customer empathy.
Was banned on the App last year temporarily. I use the app a lot to buy low and Sell high right from day one it releases. Must have been hitting that verification thing every 2 clicks. I was able to go on their forums and dispute my banning. I think the “Blueberry” staff member answered me directly. I’m no one special, only had like 3 posts in their I may have just got lucky.
Now it did take about a month before stuff was resolved, so it was no overnight fix sadly.

I don't think anyone would think ur someone special if it took over a month, but who knows maybe u r cause getting anywhere will "EA Help" is truly special lol.

Moreso I meant that I even got a reply. I was very surprised.
I was trying to pull the Unitas from rerolls the whole day just to find out it wasn’t in packs, and then it didn’t even give me the NAT Unitas. Contacted EA and they said they would give it to me, but they never did.
My experience has always been sending a message either via twitter or posting directly on the website, wait several days to a couple weeks, get a standard EA help bot asking for info that I already gave them multiple times, wait for a "review of my case", wait some more and then get the standard defacto "sorry about your situation but unfortunately there is nothing we can do at this time". The kicker though is always the questionnaire about how satisfied I am with the help I received as they disconnect and close the case before I can even respond. I've had million credit players sell in the auction house but showed in my notifications as auction expired and auction sold yet never got the credits from it or the card back, it just poof disappeared like a fart in the wind. Second time it happened I got it all on video and sent it to them along with every screen shot you could think of and got the reply "We show your account receiving that card via pack openings but no where can we see it being auctioned, traded, or quick sold and can not find any record of it being in your binder so unfortunately at this time we cannot collaborate your claim and will now consider the case closed. Please fill out this survey about how satisfied you are blah blah", and then disconnected. They never answered my response of "I know he isn't showing in my binder, thats the reason I contacted you...... He disappeared!!!"
