So I have been wanting to do a theme team and I saved up 3 million coins, please recommend one or if you have the time to make a lineup builder on one, if you can also can you recommend me when I should buy it?

Jets TT is really good right now and alot of the cards that are still good with +2 speed (Plaxico, Revis, Sauce) are still very viable and cheap
