Depends on if they have matching turned on or off.   But generally you can overload one side and have one wr streak and then have a high-low read on the same side.  Having a TE/hb drag across opposite your out/corner combo makes the user have to make a decision.  Its got to be quick, figure out if they shade underneath  if not take your 4/5 yards.

Cover 4 is one of those coverages that needs time to beat. Any deep crosser or corner will beat it along with a streak from outside reciever

cover 4 is easy to beat with patience just go gun doubles and on each side have a flat route and a slant and just read the high low on each side

if youre being pressured quickly just run lots of drags
