Added Plax :)
1. Megatron and it’s not even close
2. Plaxico Burress
3. DK Metcalf
4. Herman Moore
I stop there. To me 5th is Crabtree but there are cards I know are better but haven’t used
for people first starting the game and needs a cheap wide receiver to grind challenges. gold marquez valdes scantling was a god tier receiver for only being a 77 or 78. all i did for the passing challenges was put him in the slot and run pa crossers. i still only run pa crossers vs the cpu

Yep I see what you mean. People do the same thing with gold Jordan Love because he's cheap and has the best release.

Very accurate list. Plax and DK are pretty interchangeable imo
My list was obv made before Megatron and Plax came out but if I made it after it would look the same as yours
Had to vote Megatron easy #1 for me. Turpin is also sneaky good & super underrated. Deadly on drags/underneath routes with Short In Elite at 1 AP. My go-to WR when I only need a few yards but still want the upside of a long gain. Disclaimer, I haven't used DK or Plax yet.
Of all the WR I've played with, here's how I'd rank them:
1. Megatron (91) - Unstoppable, especially with X-Factor on. Crazy catch animations.
2. KaVontae Turpin (90) - See above. Perfect in the slot. Also, obviously versatile with his KR/PR skills.
3. Larry Fitzgerald (90) - Really great outside WR, Madden finally gave him respect on speed.
4. Herman Moore (90) - Has the size & athleticism, discounted Deep Out Elite, great all around.
5. Randy Moss (89) - Honestly had a ton of success using him as a deep threat.
6. Michael Crabtree (90) - Really good in the slot if you want a guy bigger than Turpin.
7. Andre Reed (89) - Ok all around but haven't used him much.
8. Justin Jefferson (89) - Great at the beginning of the game but look elsewhere for WR1 now.
N/A (Haven't Used): DK, Plaxico, Ochocinco, DeVonta, Sutton
