Tyreek on paper looks like the best with 97 Speed, 97 Accel, 1 AP Route Tech and 0 AP Short Out. Haven't used him yet to confirm how good he is though.
For me, Herman Moore has been the best. Guys just consistently gets open. CeeDee Lamb is a close second.

Tyreek looks like he might be the new #1, but his height makes it a debate. My son really likes CeeDee and I've enjoyed Plax. I also have Cobb, but wouldn't put him in the top WR conversation.

Small sample size but Cheetah is super glitchy. Speed to get deep but free short out elite is money beating guys short when they take away the deep stuff. It has also been fun using him for jet sweeps. Cobb is also solid especialy with how cheap he, Hilton seemed like a quicker Cobb but Cheetah is way better than both.
