Kind of, for our purposes yes, probably.  Are you planning to run a Light it Up: Past X-factor token on Kam?  I think it's probably better spent on Warren Sapp, although as with many things, it depends.

For me, personally, i'm still running 0AP Dual Threat, 1AP Mid Zone KO and 0AP Pick Artist -- which grants me essentially all of the various KOs, plus the improved reaction time from Mid Zone KO, so we get best of both worlds.

If you are NOT running a token, I'd probably be using 2AP Deep Zone KO, plus either 1AP Mid Zone KO (or 0AP Pick Artist).  Then stack X-factor abilities for your D-line, or however you prefer.  Just my two cents, but yes Dual Threat is amazing, granting KOs and block shedding for pass rush scenarios.
