Best Zone Defense

Which zone play is the best to use on defense?

Personally I like a mix them all up in game play but I find cover six and cover three to work very well.

I usually use cover 4, it gives up some short stuff but it’s very very hard to beat over top unlike other zone coverages. That and a mix of man and zone blitzes and Cover 2 Man

Concur. Two and 4 mostly

I use Cover 4 the most and find that it gets beat the least by both the CPU and human opponents.  I like Cover 3 a lot but people can abuse you in the seams.  I like to mix them all up.

Is that the same as Cover 4 Palms?  I don't know if I've seen that particular one.

Cover 4 all day or cover 0.  Cover two has beaters galore.  Cover 3 you are either giving up the seems or deep bombs.  Cover 3 is hard to run with everyone running trips and bunch.

cover 6 and cover 3 is the best imo

Quarters and Palms are both match defenses just have slightly different rules so I run each against specific offensive sets. You just gotta turn your match on and any Palms or quarters turns from drop to match rules.
