Best zone defense scheme?

I’m running cover 3, and sometimes an overload zone blitz. But my defense gets shredded in a lot of games. I’ve tried man, but that’s even worse. 
 

to be specific, im having trouble stopping the run, and covering the flats. Is there any playbook/plays I should try out?

Dollar cover four. Deep knock out on outside corners. Lurker or PA on lbers. Mid or flat zone KO and acro on the inside corners. Deep KO in FS. Mid KO on SS. Pinch line to stop run. Shade underneath to stop the flats.

I have GC Derrick brown with defensive rally and inside stuff, helps big dime. Reggie white at DT has no outsiders, also helpful.

it can be run on but most people don’t for whatever reason. If it’s a problem then cover 4 show 2 in 3-4 odd usually bags it.

Should be left on the d pad two times then down, to pinch the d line.
