All you can do is the objectives and field pass rewards that give season XP. There's no other way to get XP. Look at the field passes and see what you can knock out. 34 might be kind of tough

No secret method, just make sure you do your daily objectives every day.

Hit level 21 in the Comp pass, level 28 in Most Feared field pass and level 20 in Harvest field pass when part 2 is released. If you already maxed out the CP and MF field pass then it will be tough to get the around 450k xp you need to get Deion.
