Broderick Thomas PU question.

Hey guys, working on a Lions TT and have a question regarding Thomas' PU. 

This site shows that the final stage would make him a 94, which makes sense if you put his 93 in.  If I were to put his 94 LTD/Redux in, would he go up to 95 or stay at 94?

MUT22 Legends LTD: This item quicksells for 250,000 coins. This item has stats and chemistry that are equal to melting in this player's Boss Legend item into his Power Up item.

Redux eliminates the need to power up. So he would stay at a 94, but you wouldnt need to use training to get him there

If that ltd/redux later gets a Higher rated card, how does that work in terms of powering up?
