Can anyone tell me why the 97 UL McKinney won't go to a 99ovr. I powered up, so it should be a 98 and I have a Vikings theme team, so it should be a 99. What am I missing? He shows at a 98 for me.

some times theres no enough boost to boost a high player and ol is hard bc the don't get many perks besides strength soo...

Str/AWR/Speed are your top 3. For line its a little more involved
