Is it in EA User agreement you can be banned for buying and selling cards? Im not talking about using bots which is obviously against the rules. But buying players on a dip and selling high?
That's what sniping is. That's not against tos but some have said they've been falsely banned in the past when it's been in large batches of sniping.
Ok, thank you for some clarity. I received an email last night accusing me of using a bot, selling coins to friends and buying coins from 3rd parties and was perm banned from auction house. All I was doing was buying low and selling high, made decent coin so I continued. I didin't really know or think it was against any rules since people kept buying high. Now waiting for EA to respond to appeal which they said may take 30 days.
I'm NMS and have 30 mil from flipping in my spare time since release without any problem but as stated I've heard of people being banned wrongly as well. Usually when you sell cards for a lot more than their median price.
I guess thats where it raised some flags, Id sell for much higher and people would buy so I kept selling. Im starting to read more into now. ( I didnt really know how common it was, and def didnt know the possibility of being banned.)
Good luck, I got banned for the same thing and had all my coins wiped. This was when the last tvp was out. Still had 500k training, dumped it all into tvps racked up about 2.5m went to sleep when I got on again they coin wiped me again. Got denied on all my disputes. Really considering following through with section 15 of their user agreement.. wiped roughly 7m coins from my account..

Do it. If you didn't buy 3rd party, 100% force your hand. Thisbis absolute BS when streamers on twitch, whom I absolutely love and respect their content, have literally A HUNDRED million from doing the exact same thing.

The other problem is all these guys have coin buying site adds and make money off of them. They need to either change the TOS or get rid of coin distribution adds on the big youtubers. Only big names I can think of who don't promote it are CC and popular stranger. Zirksee and all this guys have at least one coin sponsor, which blurs the line for people in my opinion.

The one I was referring to doesn't have a sponsor. He hasn't spent a dime all year.

Yeah for sure there’s guys like Buffalo Kaay and Joe bruin who don’t spend a dime and end the year with millions of coins. I was more talking about how openly coin buying is promoted by the mainstream YouTubers even though it’s against TOS. I just don’t feel that’s right for the rest of the community. EA is also terrible with coin bans, remember earlier in the year when we had a super expensive strat cards and many got banned for selling them once EA put in a pack to tank their price.
EA just emailed me back, concluded that I was involved in coin distribution which all I was doing was sniping. I really wish a warning of "hey im noticing you buying players and selling them higher than average price and we suspect bots or improper behavior, would have happened. Do I have any action left? Just keep refuting/appealing?

That's so BS dude I can't imagine if that happened to me. We all know EA makes it incredibly hard to play their game but getting banned for their inability to detect bots on their own server makes my blood absolutely boil
Out of curiousity, did you use the Madden Companion app? Or maybe snipe pretty regularly without playing head 2 head? Either way it doesn't justify them banning you but I've heard those two are factors in how they "detect bots" smh.

Yes it is so I don’t recommend doing it
As asked above, were you operating on the Companion app for any of this?

What card (or what are some of the cards) you'd sell for "much higher" price? You can tell us your secrets since you're already banned. I want to make some coins too!
