Campus Hero Cards...what to do.

At a crossroad here. Ended up with a ton of Campus cards. I have my 96 I want, as well as my five BND 93's in return for the 96. Wanting to try and make as many coins as possible with the rest of my CH cards. 

What shall I do with the rest of my CH cards?

Am I best off to make as many 93's as I can with my 89's, and sell those by themselves? 

Turn the 93's into 96's and sell those? (Don't want 100 BND cards sitting in my binder tho) 

Or just sell every 89 I have and so forth individually?

Appreciate any advice!
