Can I still upgrade TT remix cards from a 92 to a 99?

I kinda want the 99 kittle over his 98 toty so I’m wondering if I can still upgrade his 92 if I buy it. 
 

and if so, how would I do that if I can’t earn TT remix coins? I do have the 99 Armstead fully upgraded if he can sell for TT remix coins.

Yes you can upgrade them with training. I think it takes like 440000 training or something like that
