I saw how its broken down but the 2/4 and 4/4 tier are confusing.Iknow i need both cards but am i missing something else?Also whom is the better of the two?Eli seems to have better abilities.

if you fully max out both, it adds like 16 speed and accel and throw in the run or something, plus you can add +1 apeed to any TT you want
2/4 is half that and no speed

You need to have two of each one of which is in lineup and the other is used to upgrade it to get it to 4/4

Yes upgrade each with the other brother, the speed boost alone makes a world a difference. I currently use a fully upgraded Peyton on my squad currently. I like him

It's basically the same thing as tyreke and Waddle. You need to add a tyreke card to waddle and vice versa before having them together in order to get max chem. Kinda sux but the boosts are legit killer
