Can team captions get x3 team chem?

Not home rn and if they do this will be massive for me

As of last night we still could not upgrade them so maybe later today when Comp pass comes out

If you upgraded them before they fixed the glitch a month or so ago, then yes, they can still have the x3 Team Chem. Some have downgraded them, and when you do that, they could only get the x2 Team Chem at that point. So if you have them at x3, and want to keep that x3, do not downgrade them.

Yeah I still have Barber and Crowder at 3X.  All others are at 2X for me.

Any that you had upgraded before the last captain chem update.  If you downgraded them then they max out at 2X.  If they weren’t upgraded, they max out at 2X.
