Can you still cancel pre-orders if you did it thru PS?

This game is completely unplayable and Ive honestly changed my mind. I dont need another year of this. Especially two servings this year (cfb)

I know you could back in the fay if you did it at like, gamestop or bestbuy etc. Can you still do it thru PS?

I went on the chat with a PlayStation agent via the app and was able to cancel my pre-order
