Yes, but you only get the 86s you put in back as bnd, not a choice of any like in past year's.
Example: you use 5 Carson Wentz' you get 5 BND Carson Wentz' and a JJ back.

I doubt that would matter to a lot of people if they're happy to immediately exchange the returned players for TP.

Sure but it surprised me as I was hoping for the way they did it last year and was surprised soi thought I'd share. It's a big deal to anyone planning on using the bnd players.

I don't doubt what you're saying, especially if the returned players would still be of use on someone's team after the exchange.
I just presented an alternative viewpoint, that's all. One that definitely holds true if someone was to buy the set pieces cheaply from the AH with the sole intention of just completing the set.
