You have always been able to use WR and CB Deion at the same time since they are on different sides of the football, same with Megatron. It's the OOP cards on the same side of the football that you typically can not use at the same time. Let's say they come out with a CB Mike Evans and FS Mike Evans. If they are created properly, they shouldn't be able to appear in the same lineup since they both play defense. But each one can play in a lineup with WR Mike Evans.
Vick and Henry were created in a way that should allow the HB and QB items to play on the field at the same time. EA confirmed Vick could do it ahead of time on Twitter. They didn't announce it with Henry but he's built the same way and should work.
