Can you use Draft Past players in Rookie Premiere sets?

Havent played any Madden today. Been on the forums and been doing some personal stuff.

I think there is a set that you can use for them but i believe its limited to how many times you can do it.

i checked on WizzLe's breakdown but it doesnt say whether i can use DP players or not. thats why i need an answer so i dont waste my time searching for cheap DP cards if i dont even need them.

They weren't auctionable earlier when I looked. That is actually really cool if they are.
