I put the cards in and hit redeem. Tells me servers can't process and kicks me out of UT. I come back and it acts like the cards are there in the reward screen but can't interact.
I get EA is a small startup company but you'd think this would be a simple enough transaction. Anyone else having this issue?
Did you downgrade them all fully?
They are fully downgraded. If you don't downgrade it won't even show up as an eligible card to trade. They are jaylen Watson, Darnell Dockett and Ray Lewis.
Do they have to be from the same sets? I can't be the only one with this issue.
Anyone know how I can contact EA? I seem to be the only player who is having this issue. I really would like to hear from anyone with an idea.

Hmm same here. Must be something to do with that. Sure wish there was a bigger group with this issue so it would get attention. We might just be screwed.

I have the same problem on PC, this has been an issue all year on pc, it seems even if you downgrade players fully the set doesn't work, in the passed i have sold players i downgraded and bought new off action block and it works but two expensive to do that.
I have just sold my 3 players for 900k a piece, and got 99 Brady for 1mil, hoping to buy them back cheaper in a couple of days.
Same for me, it happened earlier this year when I was trying to do the Keith Byers set. Eventually I was able to do it but I don’t remember what I did
This has been going on since October with different sets.
