Can’t log into MUT still

Anyone else having this problem? I can’t log into Mut on Xbox, and I can’t access my binder on the companion app or buy cards on the auction house

Same here! I looked everywhere online and it seemed like I was the only one. I contacted ea and they said they were working on it. I haven't been able to play mut in 3 days 😮‍💨

You still can’t get on? I’ve heard people saying as much of a pain in the butt it can be, an uninstall and re-install of your Madden game might trigger something to help if it’s been more than 24 hours you’ve been locked out.

I tried that as well this morning. It took a little bit to load and then the same error popped up. Something like "our servers cannot process your request "

Yep, I tried this yesterday. Opened a thread with EA help but they just said they were working on the issue. In the meantime, I’ve been playing a Giants Franchise (Danny Dimes 2x MVP!) and might download No Man’s Sky tomorrow on game pass

They are releasing a server update hopefully that helps

I hope so, I think that‘s the problem anyway since all the error messages have been related to “servers cannot process request”.

Can only hope and pray right now though

check out zirksee’s vid he talks abt it, if you have pressed generate best lineup in the past 2-3 ish days you will be locked out, EA is aware of it and trying to fix it.

Ah, I see. I definitely did hit generate best lineup because it was the only way to insert player I had pulled from presents into my lineup

Hope so too. I’ll check the Companion App again at 10:30 to see if they fixed the issue, but I’m not sure exactly how long the server maintenance will last
