Can't open 82+ All-Madden Pack?

Every time I try to open the 82+ All madden player pack from the solos, I receive the Error our severs cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later message

and I can't upgrade my John Madden

I got an 83 Madden and a 82/85 upgrade token from my welcome pack. when I try to apply the token, it says "no items found." maybe it's because Madden is 83, not 82? :)

I was confused about that as well. But they seem to be different tokens. The john madden upgrade tokens from levels 6 and 14 of the all madden field pass are used to upgrade madden.

I'm having the same problem. Also, I didn't recieve my all madden 82+ pack from the all madden field pass. I only recieved it from completeing the all madden challenges.

Same exact issue.  Didn’t get the pack from level 2 of the pass.  Got the pack from finishing the solos, and it kicks me every time I try to open it.  More WA shenanigans.

same here, my pack wont open and im missing a 82+ pack smh
