I have 93 CA Lamar, but have been looking at Josh Dobbs Passtronaut who is better
as well as which RB is better playoffs James Cook, or playoffs Isiah Pacheco

Ultimately depends on how YOU prefer to play the game. I don't love the Generic 2 release style on Dobbs, so that alone might cause me to look elsewhere. Have you considered Jordan Love and/or Josh Allen Playoffs cards? CJ Stroud is THE best QB in the game, but is prohibitively expensive, so not realistic for most of us.
I'm still using Andrew Luck (with 5AP ability stack: Gift Wrapped + SFL), which enables me to add a couple Apprentices, such as TE, Slot & RB.
Broadly speaking, i'd say almost all of these new Playoffs cards dropping are quite good, somewhat of a toss-up, between which is best. Choose which abilities YOU prefer on your players and work backwards from there. Abilities run this entire game and are the single most important aspect of this fatball simulation game. Sorry that's not the direct answer you were probably hoping for, but as with many things... it depends.
