They released a 95 OVR CeeDee card as part of Zero Chill.  I'm not sure that you'll see an upgrade for awhile.

Considering that he has a 95 Zero Chill card, he may not receive a new card until Sugar Rush or beyond.

Doubt we'll see one since he has a 95. I've enjoyed his cards, so wouldn't mind one if they give him an upgrade.

I just realized that:

A. Both Justin Reid and Darrelle Revis got 96 OVR cards even though they already had 94 OVR cards (Reid was the AFC Champion for the second release of Team Affinity)

B. Denzel Ward just got a new AKA card today even though he got a 95 Zero Chill card just like CeeDee Lamb

So EA may choose to recycle Lamb quickly and give him a new card soon just like the guys mentioned above, but time will tell.
