Snipe training. A lot of it. Then roll training packs and sell anything that is going for over the current quicksell value.

They just came out with theme team packs in store you can buy using MUT Points. They have a pack for each team so inot bad option if you want to spend cash. 

But good way for you to decide what cards or sets you should target first is to check current auction prices here on Mut.gg to see latest trends in prices and to get current training value.
