You asked how to do it quickly.  Other option to do it NMS, takes time.  Grind the passes, work the AH to build profitable sets and sell.

I respect that, no P2W is legit.

Research the set requirements for tomorrow's RoH drop, start pre-building whichever players you think will be most in demand. Sell into the hype machine promptly at 1:30pm. Rinse & repeat as much as you can stomach. Just liek anything else, it will take time to find snipes in order to maximize profits, but after you've spent some hours trolling the AH, you'll begin to figure out tricks to more efficiently sort cards (pro-tip "Newest" can be your friend) and understand which sets are most profitable or other things to leverage to your average. 

There's a 99 card limit, so if you're filters are showing you 100 cards, then you probably need to be more specific, add you're potentially missing out on large swathes of available auctions. Start by figuring out the most popular theme teams, that will make you market life significantly easier. 

Wasn't trying to be a smartass, but the moment someone posts the most profitable sets, they get flooded and tend to become less profitable almost immediately. YMMV, hope something in here might be useful to your efforts.
