Combine Strat card Still working?

I saw it on youtube but wasn't sure how long. I thought it was suppose to expire 3/5 or 3/7. 

Did something change? 

I went straight to the TOTY Strat card after getting back after 7 days. 

Now I am wondering if I should make some changes.

Looks like it still works im getting extra speed still. Maybe since the 40 yard dash goal was complete.

only the speed boost was going to be taken off, so it was always supposed to still work, but yes it still seems to boost speed if thats what you mean
