maybe the power ups arent auctionable you get them from a challenge but the pieces needed to power them up are auctionable
short players should also be faster than tall players so there isnt just 1 type of reciever that's usuable, only have xfactors and specific discounted abilities for players who were or are like that in real life.
They did this in FIFA with "accelerate" types. Lengthy players accelerated slightly slower but had a much greater top speed. Explosive players accelerated extremely fast but had a somewhat reduced top speed. And then there was balanced which was just pretty much between the two. The system worked independently of the player's stats.
