Companiom app wants me to login under a username ive never had?

Ive seen it before... i think its some auto handle created at some point.. it asl me to relogin.. a d my tag for PC is correcr (i dont play on PC) but my xbox options are twp accts ive never heard of

Delete then reinstall app & see if that fixes issue

Didn't work for me. Hasn't worked in weeks after not having an issue for years

I couldnt fix it.. i logged into my EA account.. i see both tags attached, but for some stupid EA reason, you cant unlink xbox.. everything else has the unlink button.. nlt xbox.. says you have to call customer service (id rather jump out a window) .. im done.. i know how this ends.. with me locked outta my account ... god theyre awful..

Make sure your device in question has current version of Companion App downloaded. Your device may have the auto update apps feature turned off in which case it may still have old version of app that was only accessible for M22. Each year when new Madden is released EA issues update to Companion app so you need to update it in order to use it for your new Madden23 team. Once you update it you no longer have access to use it with your M22 team. 

I bet even some fake DA in NYC can spot EA's CUT & PASTE M.O. from all the way up in them Towers they keep tryin to take

You can send them message & see if maybe they can merge the 2 accounts
