Anyone know how to upload a picture? I have a screenshot from my chat with Help.Ea regarding the Competitive Pass at Level 30 not rewarding season 2 XP and they say they are unaware of the issue...

Well....if you've ever had an experience with EA's support...every "representative" says something different. It's amazing. I mean, on more than 1 occasion, I have had multiple EA support staff tell me completely different things. And even if you tell them to go look on twitter (X, or whatever), or EA's website - that the info is clearly there and contradicts what the person is telling you, they just insist that they are correct.
They really do have the worst customer support of any big company I have ever dealt with

Oh I've had experience..... it's incredible how the only thing EA "Help" doesn't do is help...

Hahahha so true. I once had to contact them for 2 straight months just to get a straight answer

So then they're actually OVERPAID. These companies need to stop outsourcing to people who don't speak english (or spanish even, the second most common language over here) and have zero knowledge of the subject matter they are working with or supporting. All they do is read off a useless flow chart and copy/paste and parrot broken english in circles. I just went through this with getting a refund for the broken payday 3 with sonys customer support.
Last year I had a hell of a time getting help with a problem with my commuter benefits at work. Lets just say I had to even explain what a subway IS to continue the conversation. People that dont know of even the existence of the product they are servicing doesnt work. Its infuriating.

I logged off - but I believe I’m around lvl42 in season pass (I think 720-725k XP).
