As far as programs, you can check the pinned thread on top of Page 1 of the Forum. If you mean the actual players, you can click the Reveal link at the top of the Mut.gg website, usually list some of the players the night  before.

Slammer releases a forum thread about the weekly content schedule and EA also tweets it out. If you wanna know about future content there are sometimes leaks a few weeks in advance but in general EA keeps it under wraps. For example:
