I think like the team builders. They use to do team masters, which would give each team a 99.

Do we know if it's similar to Theme Team Remix where the players have all 32 chems? or a team builders promo where we get more individual theme team depth and each team gets a card or two?

I’m almost positive Theme team remix last year the players didn’t have all 32 chems. Some of them had the motivator chems for all teams but not team chems

How about some decent Chiefs 99 cards. We have Superbowl mahomes who throws more interceptions then td's.... Gonzalez who can't run block if his life depended on it. And the worst 99 AP stack in an RB with John Amos.
Oh yeah, and we get insulted by the Mannings...
Gotta make a Dolphin a Chief (just for 1 decent WR.). Or a Raider a Chief (yikes) for a 99 corner.
