Converting to a theme team

Hey y’all, this is my first year of mut so sorry if these are stupid questions. I’m considering building a chargers TT, but I have some concerns. My team is currently a nms 92 ovr with zero chems, but it’s carried by some of the bnd players you can earn for free. I have at least 10 bnd players currently starting. Would it be worth it to bench/qs them and sell my non chargers (Most of my team) in pursuit of the team Chems? I’ve also noticed that the o-line for the chargers TT is complete ass, should that dissuade me? Thanks for your help guys.

I run 47/50 Chargers and you aren’t  joking about the atrocious o-line. That’s where most of my fills players fall in at.

Jameree Salyer at a 92 will Gladly jump into the starting role though on the o-line.

Me personally I don't like having holes or lower rated players in my lineup unless they are back ups. A 92ovr team is pretty good for NMS. You can still have about 9-11 players that don't fit your theme team and still reach 50 I believe. You can get the legendary gold strategy item that gives you ×5 team chems plus the team diamond that gives you ×2 team chems. You can also have up to 3 players hidden in your lineup to fit your theme team for example you could have all 3 of your rb's with chargers team chem and then put another rb in the specialist power back or 3rd down back and you can sub him in game. You can also do that with wr's,cb's and defensive lineman. You just cant go over the 55 man roster limit so you can hide 3 players in the specialist menu screen. You also have players that will get every teams chem or a certain divisions chem like the team affinity players and Deion or Casper if you have them. I always run a 49ers TT but this year im running a legends TT but will probably switch to 49ers eventually.
