There has been off-and-on talk about pack strikes over the years. The way to really force EA to change things is to deprive them of the critical parts of the H2H food chain that keep the game engaging for big spenders. If there's no one for them to bully, and only a handful of legitimate MCS-caliber players, it severely curtails purchases of today's Opportunity Packs.
Imagine two or three minutes passing on the matchup screen at ordinary hours of the day. That's what I'm talking about.
Would you swear off all H2H Madden and any in-game purchases for the ordinarily most profitable six weeks of EA's year if you knew in the end EA would acknowledge that they messed up, and that they are changing how they will manage MUT?
