In a super bowl against an Eagles TT (poor person edition). And dude is running cover 4 press EVERY PLAY. Deion wr 97 speed was entirely unable to beat Brian Dawkins and barely able to beat Byard. He's putting his safeties up at like 8 yards past the LoS and my 97 speed wr can't get separation. Meanwhile I man up Harold Carmicahel on his TE (Dallas Goedert) on VERTS and Carmicahel gets absolutely TORCHED. I don't get it. I really don't.

That makes zero sense lmao. He should easily beat everyone on that field with his speed and release. Can't understand why this game gets worse every day.

Yeah Deion has 5 more speed than Byard and 3 more speed than Dawkins, assuming that dude was also 50/50 (I'm 50/50 Washington) which I'm pretty sure he was. But I'm just saying there's no way he should be able to get away with pressing me like he did. Shit was bizarre. I could understand if he dropped his safeties back but he definitely didn't. Thanks for letting me vent Sochi. 😅

Just feels like a clear usage of some sort of pity mechanics to keep the minnows invested in the game.

I’m not saying that you’re not being truthful, but it doesn’t make sense from EA’s point of view.  I would think they would want the guy with worse cards be envious/ jealous of your better/ higher priced cards to get them to spend money.

I feel like they wouldn't want them getting demoralized and quitting the game though. In order to keep the pool of players as large as possible. Idk. 

I remember playing fifa ultimate team last year and when I played against whales in FUT Champs, they would have all the best players with 90+ pace at every position and I would get absolutely demolished. MUT seems a lot more forgiving.

Madden sliders  have been there since mut 12. I hate playing poors teams for that reason, as you have to be extremely conservative.

That makes sense that EA wouldn’t want them to get too frustrated and completely leave the game.  That sucks that happens to you and your team.

I didn't pay shit. I'm a 50/50 WAS tt and I still don't have montez sweat wr or Trent Will lol. I got lucky and pulled Zay Flowers out of a playoff pack. The rest of my coins I put in work for. I have about a 60% win rate and 11 SB wins. 

I don't think I'm in the wrong for being upset that a 97 speed WR can't get separation on a 94 or 92 speed DB though, ESPECIALLY in press coverage. 

I don't even throw streaks like that. But I saw press coverage and outdated safeties and figured I would try it. 4 out of 5 times I got literally zero separation. Even though on paper I should be getting separation 90% of the time at least. He shouldn't have been able to run that defense and contain my WRs flat out. 

You sound like a little Timmy though if I'm being honest. I bet you love pity mechanics.
