Yea I'm still using an xbox1.. I haven't deemed the price of the X worth it. I'll probably just get a PC which will cost me more money but will have much better gaming options with mods and whatnot.. Madden is the only game I really play anymore on the xbox

It is awful and toxic and EA LOVES it. It is how their competitive matches are played with fat kids standing up and screaming at the guy they are playing after a big stop or play. And by that, I mean when they finally connect on a crosser the. 35th time they run the same gun bunch cheese. It is coded into the game everywhere they can stick it. Who doesn’t love to see a defender offer to help a guy up only to pull his hand back and taun5 the guy on the ground. Over and over. Shameful and it breeds and feeds this toxicity. Shameful that EA forgot the lessons they should have learned when two competeive players were killed in Jacksonville.
I find it no more toxic then previous years...it is the same. EA encourages it by having cards celebrate and taunt without any input from the user. Many users do take it to another level. At the first sign of poor sportsmanship I will concede out and let them have the few thousand coins. Time is too short to be wasted participating in things that are not enjoyable.

I guess EA thinks it's a special thing to be able to celebrate? I think there are a few solos where you actually need to celebrate for bonus stars. Funny thing is, celebrating is usually frowned upon in real life and you get hit with the "act like you've been here before" thing and if you celebrate too early, you look like a giant douchebag, not to EA tho.
I liked old Madden where you completed a play or scored a TD and move on to the next play. The MCS is the worst with this shit and almost every MCS guy i've seen this year acts like they are petrified to talk in real life unless it's yelling at the guy next to them when their cheese meta play works. I understand they are playing for money but man, grow the fuck up and settle down

Did EA ever give a reason why they added celebrations in when they did? I know they have been in the game for a few years now but idk why they did it. And another thing i can do without and only because it's EA being hypocritical is the racism stuff. I agree 10000% to end racism and people should respect each other but then at the same time, EA allows people to do all kinds of celebrations and for people to scream and curse at each other during live events. I know they aren't screaming racist shit but we get it EA, you guys are amazing people because you feel the same way that most of us do.

Been like this from day 1 MUT years ago. People who live on Madden, follow all the tubers, and twitch will be cancer. Why I play MUT just to have fun building a team.
The community has always been awful in this game. It doesn't even surprise me anymore. It's just what the game is.
