Honestly, it just takes practice to stop usering the D-line. Learn how to bait people into traps for picks and try to sniff out play actions and runs. It will be crap at first but in the end there is nothing scarier to the offense than the defense having a great user in the middle of the field.

My favorite to user are Cam Jordan (bull rush as DT)  Deforest Buckner (fast block shed) Marcus Davenport ( with ETE) and Aaron Donald

If I do user a D lineman, Kearney is awesome. I also user LT in the pass rushing game from time to time and he's a beast
