Damn i cant believe Ea came to my rescue .

5 minutes ago i played a dude that paused game immediatly after Kick off for about 7 minutes and then griefed  after 3 Delays of game. I didnt get the win ,so i  reported the guy and asked could i get my win and almost immediatly it was granted.It helped that the guy admitted he attempted pause glitch and griefed in the pm after game.

After game i  went to recently played section and submitted report.Literaly minutes after i submitted it i was given the win.

My experience with EA Support has been quite hilarious. My account was hacked and basically stolen. I fucked up once as I clicked on a Twitter link and gave info, allowing the hackers to gain access. I contacted support seeing if they could do anything. They looked into it, verified I was hacked, and said they'd replace 25 of my players. I gave them the list of players and thought all was good. Since then, and this was a month ago, it's been nothing but idiocracy. I haven't gotten the players back, every other day it is a new person emailing me saying they are looking into the problem (and every time they identify a different problem that's not my actual problem), and then they do nothing. At this point, I've replaced all the players myself and have upgraded to better players, but now it's just entertainment. I need to put together a post showing all the conversations and emails. It's a master class of how not to handle the situation. If I was a Karen, I would have had three heart attacks by now - but it's just making me laugh. EA should be embarrassed, though.
