Its happened to me twice at least also.
Theres a disconnect glitch posted on utube ,EA knows but does nothing because it doesn't affect the store .
happened a lot on ps4 last yr to me also.

Yeah they are too busy fixing simple problems with mut now haha.
To be honest because of all these glitches I’ve played a lot less mut this year. I don’t even want to play if I can’t even get simple rewards from field passes.

Me too ,playing allot less .there's not enough time for the comp pass rewards either .
Ea should restructure all the passes really .no more stinking uniforms and tokens ,easier comp pass rewards etc..its damn near impossible .lol
I can't find a good fs either ...any recommendations ?? 90 kam ? Probably give us a free 90 if I buy him .lol

To be honest people are going to cheese one way or another in mut. Either disconnect glitch or glitched play to score every time, there will always be something.

Thanx for advice ,
I sniped 89 Atwater for 80 k and moved patterson to fs to try out.
Cards r cheap today for a change.
