anyone else experienced the EA case appeal system? I’m worried they’re just never gonna get back to me

also what are the odds my ban gets undone, or altered to a temporary ban rather than a permanent one? seems so unnecessary

I'd say it's very likely that they delay until you (hopefully) forget about it.

surely not hahaha. like how long does it take to respond to a case? its the terms and conditions team apparently, they’re at work 9-5 monday to friday surely it’s a 20 minute job to inspect and reply…

I was banned around Halloween and filed two cases to appeal. Nearly 3 months later, still no reply. So, I abandoned that account and started over 3 weeks ago.

I’ve had terrible experiences with EA support and they never resolved my issue. Hope this gets sorted out for you. 👍🏻

Google "Madden binding arbitration". People have had success getting unbanned by requesting binding arbitration. If you didn't break TOS that is.

Being able to prove you didn't break TOS is key. I didn't break their TOS and they couldn't show me proof. I was promised resolution 3 times and it never happened. I tried for a while an finally gave up. Hopefully you'll get this resolved if you stay on them.
