I wonder if they ever fire anyone?
Hard to fire the only employee who actually works on Madden LMAO...just kidding ...but it really is not a large staff that works on Madden. Most of EA's gaming manpower is used for games that bring in more revenue.
Fire? Oh no, no , no. They'll hire more meatballs that have zero idea on what they're doing.
Soon they will have to just give everyone the rewards at this point but we will see if it happens

Yep. Just chalk MF part 1 up as a horrendous loss and give us the rewards. Be better for part 2

Not sure you realize how much these Ultimate Team modes bring in. Billions.

Definitely not billions. Madden is Ea 2nd highest grossing game behind only FIFA. Madden grosses about 600 million a year

What games are you referring to and what period are you talking about?
FIFA is by far the best selling game EA produces. Madden does NOT bring in "billions" unless you are talking about combined gross revenue from inception.
You need to check the financials.

OK, so if Madden brings in less than FIFA, and Madden brings in 600M a year, and this isn't the first year of UT for either platform...I would say the billions is an accurate assessment.
I'm on day 2 of zero progress on login rewards on PC myself.

First, that 600mil was an estimate in 2020. You've got to read these financials. We are not talking about from inception when they actually had full Dev teams working on Madden. We are talking about now. There have been MAJOR changes at EA and how they allocate their Dev and other teams.
From someone (who will remain un-named ; those of you who have been around know who I am talking about-hint - he rocked a beard) who actually worked for them and used to be on MUThead (he was a community manager for EA) - they moved most of their staff to games like FIFA, Apex, etc.
And we are not talking about all Ultimate Team modes. Not to mention it isn't even FIFA anymore, EA changed the name because they dropped the FIFA license. We are only talking about MADDEN Ultimate Team. From insiders, they are minimally staffed. Even Clint would admit they are WAY short staffed.

Thats just wrong. Look it up. Its public record. Forgot the exact number but it was around 2.4 billion last year. It was definitely WELL over 2 billion. Just on ultimate team. Not counting selling the games themselves.
Why do you think they continue to put zero effort into fixing the broken game year in and year out? They dont have to. They are doing just fine either way.

That's because FIFA grossed 1.8 Bil.
We are not talking about FIFA.
And now they don't have the FIFA license so it is called EA Sports FC 24 and projections are they are going to take a big hit on revenue because they dropped the license
And that $600 Mil was an estimate done like 3 years ago.
I get the financials. I get the 10Q's and the 10K. I receive the investor correspondence.

It doesnt matter its all ultimate team. And theyve now lost fifa so thats moot now anyway.
